GRANT PROGRAMS

Grant awards to artists and nonprofit arts organizations enable the City of Lodi and the Lodi Arts Commission to further their respective mandates and missions.  Additionally, these awards help to support artistic programming, assist in the employment of professional staff and artists, provide access to the arts for all Lodians and strengthen internal management. Volunteer panels comprised of artists, arts administrators, and other knowledgeable members of the arts community review grant applications to all programs. Their recommendations are, in turn, presented to the City Council for final approval.
